Frequently asked questions

What is Wally?

A growth-hacking co-founder for builders. Wally learns your product and audience, finds the live conversations your buyers are already in, drafts on-voice replies and founder posts, and runs the distribution loop — so you get qualified attention without spending all day on it.

Does Wally post automatically?

No — by default you're in control. Wally drafts and queues every reply and post for your one-click approval. On channels where it's supported, you can opt into auto-posting per channel, but nothing goes out without your say-so unless you turn that on.

Which channels does it cover?

Today: Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Hacker News, and Bluesky — discovery plus co-pilot drafting, with hosted landing pages on paid plans. We add new growth channels over time.

How does it find the right conversations?

During onboarding Wally analyzes your site and builds an ideal-customer profile — who your buyers are, where they gather, and the phrases they use. It searches those communities for recent, relevant threads and filters out anything off-target before drafting, so replies land where they actually fit.

Is it safe for platform rules?

Yes — Wally is built to be ToS-safe. A human approves and posts the content, drafts are genuinely useful (not spam), and discovery uses public data and official search. You stay the author.

How much does it cost?

Plans are per company, from a free tier up to Hyperscale. See pricing for the full breakdown.
