Overview
wally.ai is an agentic distribution workspace for companies and builders. We use account, company, and connected-channel data to help users analyze their company, manage distribution workflows, and prepare content or engagement tasks.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company URL, company profile information, uploaded or generated analysis files, workspace settings, and distribution notes.
When you connect a third-party account, such as Google or X, we receive the information needed to authenticate the connection and operate the features you request. This may include account identifiers, profile information, access tokens, refresh tokens where supported, scopes granted, and basic channel metadata.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve wally.ai, authenticate users, create and manage company workspaces, generate company analysis, connect social and workspace channels, run distribution workflows, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and communicate with users about their account or product updates.
Third-Party Connections
If you connect X or another third-party service, wally.ai only uses that connection for the features you authorize, such as reading basic account information, preparing posts, or supporting approved publishing workflows. We do not sell data received from connected third-party accounts.
You can revoke third-party access from your wally.ai workspace settings or from the third-party provider's own app settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, or secure the product; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or financing.
Data Retention
We retain account, workspace, analysis, and connection data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their workspace or connected channel data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so users should keep their accounts and connected-provider credentials protected.
Your Choices
You may update or delete companies in your workspace, disconnect connected channels, revoke third-party permissions, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.
