Terms of Service

Effective August 28, 2026. Wally is a shopping-assistance service operated by North Bay Ventures.

Using Wally

You may use Wally to compare prices, manage your optional connections, and create price saves. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account secure. Do not misuse the service or interfere with it.

Prices and merchants

Wally provides informational price comparisons. Prices, availability, product details, and merchant terms can change. Wally does not sell the products shown, is not a party to any merchant transaction, and does not guarantee savings.

Optional connections

Google Contacts, Google Mail, and financial-account connections are optional. Google Mail read access is used only for Wally’s receipt and purchase-history feature; it does not permit Wally to send, delete, or modify email. You decide whether to connect and may disconnect at any time. Their use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as we improve Wally. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

Wally is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. North Bay Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Wally.
