Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wally.ai™, an agentic distribution workspace for company analysis, channel connections, content planning, and distribution workflows.

Use of the Service

You may use wally.ai only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms, applicable laws, and the terms of any third-party services you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the company, content, and channel data you provide.

Connected Accounts

You may choose to connect third-party accounts, including social, community, and workspace services. By connecting an account, you authorize wally.ai to access and use that account only as needed to provide the features you request. You can disconnect accounts or revoke access from the provider's app settings.

Web Data and Third-Party Sources

Some features surface publicly available web data — for example, public posts, profiles, and discussions extracted from third-party platforms to help you find and engage relevant conversations. wally.ai accesses only data that is publicly available. Because this data depends on third-party platforms and providers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, complete, or timely delivery: third-party technical changes, rate limits, access restrictions, or outages may delay, reduce, or interrupt the data at any time, and we may change or remove these features in response.

You are solely responsible for how you store, process, and use any data surfaced through the service — including any sentiment, engagement, or profile data — and you assume all compliance risk associated with that use, including obligations under applicable privacy, data-protection, platform, and intellectual-property laws and the terms of the platforms the data originates from. wally.ai makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness of this data for any purpose.

Content and Output

You retain responsibility for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content, recommendations, analysis, posts, or distribution actions generated or assisted by wally.ai. You should not rely on generated output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use wally.ai to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, abuse third-party platforms, bypass platform rules, scrape or misuse data, distribute malware, or attempt to interfere with the service or its users.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms from time to time, and continued use of wally.ai after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

wally.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any distribution strategy will produce a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wally.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Trademarks

Wally™, the Wally logo, and other Wally names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Wally AI (U.S. trademark applications pending). These terms do not grant you any right or license to use them without our prior written permission. All other trademarks referenced on the service are the property of their respective owners.
