Using Wally
These Terms govern your use of the Wally Chrome extension and wally.ai (collectively, “Wally”). By installing, accessing, or using Wally, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Wally provides
Wally helps you discover shopping offers and compare prices. It is not a store, payment processor, marketplace, or seller. Product availability, price, taxes, shipping, returns, warranties, and merchant terms are determined by the merchant, not Wally.
Price information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Check the final price and all purchase terms with the merchant before you buy. Wally does not guarantee that a result is the lowest available price or that a product match is exact.
Affiliate disclosure
Some results may be partner links. Where shown, Wally may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase after following one of those links. That relationship does not change Wally's goal of showing useful price comparisons: we do not rank a more expensive result above a cheaper comparable result solely because it may generate a commission.
Your responsibilities
- Use Wally lawfully and only for personal or internal shopping research.
- Do not interfere with Wally, attempt to bypass its safeguards, or misuse its services.
- Do not use Wally to scrape, automate, or violate a merchant's terms or applicable law.
- Review third-party merchant terms and policies before any purchase.
Third-party services
Wally may link to third-party merchants and use third-party services to obtain shopping information. Those services are independent of Wally, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, products, transactions, or practices.
Availability and changes
Wally is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Wally at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wally and North Bay Ventures disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Wally.
